California’s Radical New Law Shows Why Missouri Must Pass Amendment 3

What This Law Does

Defies the FDA – The law even mandates that California insurers cover the abortion pill mifepristone even if the FDA revokes its approval due to safety concerns. This is not health care — it’s reckless defiance of medical authority.
Shields Abortionists from Accountability – Doctors, pharmacists, and others who prescribe or ship abortion drugs are granted sweeping protections against lawsuits or disciplinary action, even if their actions harm women or cross into other states where abortion is restricted.
