Today, Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America (SBA) and its super PAC announced an $80 million commitment to the 2026 midterms—proof positive that the fight to protect innocent life will never stop. This is not a reaction to defeat. It is a declaration of endurance.

Since Dobbs overturned Roe v. Wade in 2022, pro-life advocates have faced ballot measure losses in several states. Critics called it the end of the movement. They were wrong.

SBA President Marjorie Dannenfelser made it clear:

“Republicans simply cannot win without their pro-life base, especially in midterm elections when overall turnout drops.”

This $80 million is a battle plan, not a bailout:

• 10.5 million voter contacts nationwide

• 4.5 million doors knocked in Senate battlegrounds (Iowa, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina)

• A laser focus on activating pro-life voters who skip midterms and persuading swing voters to reject unrestricted abortion

Missouri: Ground Zero in the Never-Ending Fight

Here in the Show-Me State, the pro-life mission is personal—and ongoing.

The 2024 “reproductive freedom” amendment passed narrowly, expanding abortion access and threatening to open loopholes for taxpayer-funded gender procedures on minors. But Missouri’s pro-life warriors didn’t flinch. We responded with Amendment 3 in 2026—a constitutional counteroffensive to:

• Repeal the 2024 extremism

• Restore life-affirming limits (exceptions only for medical emergencies, fatal fetal anomalies, and pre-12-week rape/incest with parental consent)

• Permanently ban puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries on children under 18

Cole County approved the ballot language. The ACLU cried foul. We pressed forward.

Because pro-life doesn’t quit.

SBA’s investment—nearly matching its $92 million 2024 effort and exceeding 2022’s $78 million—shows the world what Missouri families already know: The defense of life is not a moment. It’s a mission.
