Remembering Charlie Kirk

Today, our movement and our nation mourn the tragic loss of Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated at only 31 years old. Charlie was more than a public figure. He was a husband, a father of two young children, and a man fully devoted to the cause of Christ. His faith was not just something he spoke about from a stage. It was the anchor of his life and the foundation of his convictions.

From his earliest days in public service, Charlie boldly spoke truth in a culture that too often silences it. He inspired countless young people to stand unashamedly for life, for freedom, and for faith. In every speech, interview, and conversation, his courage reminded us that the defense of truth is worth every cost.

Charlie died doing what he did best, speaking truth with conviction and love. He knew the risks, yet he never backed down. That steadfastness will echo for years to come in the lives of those he mentored and inspired.

As we grieve this terrible loss, we also resolve to carry forward the mission he lived and died for. Like Paul wrote, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith” (2 Timothy 4:7). Charlie has finished his race, but ours continues. And we will not falter.

Our prayers are with his wife, his children, his family, and all those who knew and loved him. May the God of all comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3–4) be near to them in this dark hour.

Charlie is now in Heaven, but his message lives on. For the sake of truth, for the sake of life, and for the glory of Christ, we will remember him, and we will press on.
