The Violence of the Pro Abortion Movement and Why Missouri Must Pass A3

The chilling case of Nicholas Roske, the California man who traveled across the country with a gun and burglary tools to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh, reminds us of a sobering truth: those who are committed to protecting abortion will stop at nothing.

Roske admitted that his motive was the leaked draft of the Dobbs decision, the opinion that ultimately overturned Roe v. Wade. He told others online that if he could eliminate three conservative justices, he could stop abortion from being restricted. He researched how to silently kill, mapped justices’ homes, and showed up at Kavanaugh’s doorstep with a loaded Glock and duct tape. That is not “peaceful disagreement.” That is raw, violent extremism.

A Pattern of Radicalism

What Roske did was not an isolated event. Since Dobbs, we have seen pro abortion activists target churches, pregnancy centers, and pro life advocates. Windows smashed, buildings firebombed, graffiti scrawled with threats. All because the abortion industry lost the power to dictate national law through the courts.

When people are willing to threaten or even attempt to murder a Supreme Court justice to preserve abortion, we cannot kid ourselves. This is a movement that will stop at nothing. It will not be satisfied until abortion is unrestricted, untouchable, and taxpayer funded.

Why Missouri Must Act

That is why Amendment 3 is so important. Here in Missouri, we have the chance to put into our Constitution a clear stand for life and for truth and at the same time block the radical agenda that is willing to use violence to get its way.

Passing A3 means:

  • Protecting every unborn child from the violence of abortion.

  • Making Missouri a pro life fortress where the industry of death cannot return.

  • Guaranteeing women receive life saving care in genuine medical emergencies like ectopic pregnancies and miscarriages without opening the back door to abortion on demand.

  • Stopping the mutilation of our children by permanently banning transgender surgeries and puberty blockers for minors.

  • Sending a message that Missouri will not bow to cultural bullies who treat life as disposable and confuse children with lies.

Our Call

If abortion advocates are willing to stalk and threaten Supreme Court justices, you can be sure they will bring the same ruthless energy to Missouri. That is why we cannot sit back. We must act. We must win in 2026.

Missouri can lead the way, but only if we stand together, defend life, protect children, and pass Amendment 3.

And to do that, we need your help. Every dollar you give helps us print more literature, put out more signs, and rally more voters. Please consider making a generous contribution today.
