Big Win for Life Advances in Texas

Over the past day the Texas House made headlines by passing House Bill 7, a powerful and innovative law designed to stop the flood of abortion pills coming into their state. This is breaking news, and it shows us that pro life legislators are not standing still while abortion activists scramble to find new ways to end innocent lives.

HB 7 allows private citizens to hold abortion pill traffickers accountable in court with lawsuits of up to one hundred thousand dollars per violation. The law also makes sure that pregnant women themselves cannot be sued. Instead, the focus is right where it belongs, on those who profit from destroying life. The way this law is structured is brilliant, built in such a way that activist judges will have a hard time undoing it, just as they struggled with Texas’s heartbeat law.

And predictably, abortion activists are throwing a fit. They are calling this a bounty hunting scheme, stomping their feet because they cannot stand to see laws that actually work to protect life. Their outrage is a sure sign of just how effective HB 7 will be. If it were not powerful, they would not be panicking.

This moment is a wake up call for us in Missouri. What Texas did reminds us that we too must get serious about passing bold, smart, and effective protections. That is exactly what Amendment 3 will do in 2026. By embedding a culture of life in our constitution, we can block activist judges, resist the abortion lobby, and ensure Missouri continues to lead as a pro life state.

But we can only do it if we have the resources to fight back. The other side will pour millions into Missouri to undo everything we have fought for. That is why we need your help right now. Every yard sign, every palm card, every conversation with a voter depends on the support of people like you.

Please donate today to MO Protects and join us in the mission to pass Amendment 3. Texas has shown what determination looks like, now it is our turn. Together, we will protect life in Missouri.
