The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case out of New Jersey that exposes just how far pro abortion politicians will go to intimidate pro life ministries. At the center of this case is First Choice Women’s Resource Centers, a network of crisis pregnancy centers under investigation by New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin. His office has demanded sensitive internal documents, including the names of thousands of donors, advertisements, staff information, and client records, all because these centers openly refuse to provide abortions.

This case is about far more than one state. It highlights the growing hostility toward pro life organizations and anyone who dares to stand for mothers and their unborn children. If abortion advocates are willing to weaponize the power of government to harass pregnancy centers in New Jersey, what would stop them from trying the same in Missouri if we allow our pro life protections to weaken?
